Europe

Europe has to be one of the most drastically diverse continents with completely different cultures and landscapes just a train ride away.

Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, & France 2022

With The Rosen College of Hospitality Management, some of my closest friends and I had the privilege of exploring 5 European countries over the course of two weeks. We saw the most amazing sights and ate the best food. This video pretty much sums up all the highlights!

Switzerland 2017

This is the gorgeous town of Engelberg, tucked between mountains and crystal waters.

This river flows down from the snow of Mount Titlis.

This chateau was owned by a local family who made their own, traditional Swiss cheese.

To get to the top of Mount Titlis to sled, you first needed to take a cable car!

Get you a country that can do summer and winter in the same day!

Lucerne is a stunning town on the water.

The Lion of Lucerne commemorates Swiss Guards who were massacred in the French Revolution.

France 2017

On a river cruise, the Eiffel Tower lit up beautifully and all my Paris fantasies came true.

    England 2017

Big Ben is the nickname for the bell of the clock at the Palace of Westminster.

    Buckingham Palace is very grand.

Stonehenge. One of the great mysteries and marvels of England.

Tourists can actually go up and walk across the tops of Tower Bridge. That is still on my bucket list!

St. Paul's Cathedral is the mother church of the Diocese of London. My favorite view is from the top down.

Westminster Abby is commonly known as the location of the Royals' wedding!

    Austria 2014

Schönbrunn Palace was the summer palace for the royal Hapsburg family. I would like a summer home like this!

This is located in the Vienna Zoo.

I used to ride horses as a kid and my arenas never looked as nice as the Spanish Riding School's.

These belong to the Spanish Riding School horses.

It was wonderful to witness a traditional making of Apple Strudel. Yum!

St. Stephen’s Cathedral is the gothic centerpiece of the city.

You can even go to the top of one of the spires!

    The Viennese Giant Ferris Wheel!

    Germany 2014

This mountain is home to the Schellenberg Ice Cave. It is the only open ice cave in Germany!

      Czech Republic 2014

St. Vitus Cathedral sits upon a hill framing the background of the city of Prague.

        Italy 2013

The Colosseum is just in the middle of the city as any other building would be. It was amazing coming down the road and seeing it just up ahead.
